Goldstar staffing, like every healthcare staffing agency covid-era, was having a tough time recruiting enough team members to keep up. Luckily, they had young, energetic leadership and a great culture. All they needed was a name, brand, and website to highlight it.
Energetic, punchy language pulls the audience in, giving over the culture and promise effortlessly. I structured the site to easily guide every user where they want to go.
Sign ups have been rolling in and the client couldn't be happier!
Although the site speaks to both healthcare workers and facilities, I did prioritize workers, spotlighting them for the heros they are!
